We (“Mednetix Limited”) are a technology company provide Medico-Legal software service. we take care to protect your privacy. Below is an explanation of how we process your information.

We will not disclose without your consent any personal information we collect about you when you visit the site to anyone outside of Mednetix.

By submitting your personal information through this website, you shall be consenting to it being processed in the manner described above.

We share Medical Expert’s information with MROs and vice versa so that MROs can book their client and Medical Expert can receive client’s details directly into their report writing software.

How secure the information is?

All the personal information stored on Xigmaportal’s databese is secure.

You have right to access, rectification, Data Portability, Erasure, Restriction or Objection.    

Complaints:

We will aim to respond to any requests relating to your rights without undue delay and in any case within 30 calendar days of receipt of your request.   If we are unable to comply with a request for any reason then we will provide you with a full justification in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of your request.
